iShapps · Web developers and agency admins
Adding your careers page to your website
For your web developer: link your website to your iShapps careers page so job seekers can browse roles, apply, and come back to your site.
- iShapps does it automatically
- Job seeker on your website and careers page

Lands in Recruitment - Back to your website · the button in the page headerJob → back to Your website
The page lists every published, open job posting. Publish or close a role in iShapps and your website reflects it straight away; nothing to change on the site.
The header uses your logo and brand colour, and links back to your website, all from Settings → Agency in iShapps.
Link, don't embed
Why not an iframe
- Put the careers page behind a link, not inside an iframe on your site.
- Inside a frame the Back button would load your website inside your website, and the page is cramped on phones.
- A link also lets people share or bookmark a role, and keeps your site light.
What job seekers see
Careers page
- Your logo, name and colour across the top, with Back to your website.
- Open roles as tiles: type, department, location and closing date.
- Each role's description, requirements and an application form with any screening questions you set.
- Applications appear under Recruitment → Job Applications for you to shortlist and qualify.
Logo, brand colour and website in Settings → Agency · publishes job postings · reviews applications

How to
1. Agency admin: get the page ready
SettingsAgency
- 1Agency: upload your logo and set your Brand Colour (a hex colour such as #0EA30B). The careers header uses both.
- 2Legal identity: enter your Website (the full address, starting https://). This turns on the "Back to your website" button in the careers header.
- 3Agency: note the Agency code shown at the top right (six letters and numbers). Send it, with the link below, to your web developer.
- 4Publish at least one role under Recruitment → Job Postings, so the page has something to show.
2. Web developer: link to the careers page
- 1Your careers page is https://app.ishapps.cloud/careers/ followed by your agency code.
- 2Add it as a menu item, button or link wherever you want "Careers" or "Join our team". Most site builders (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) have a "custom link" menu item for exactly this.
- 3Open it in the same tab (no `target="_blank"`). The page's Back button and the browser's back button then return people to your site.
A link or button (replace YOURCODE with your agency code)
<a href="https://app.ishapps.cloud/careers/YOURCODE" class="button">
View open roles
</a>3. Optional: link straight to one job
- 1Open the role on your careers page and copy its address from the browser: it ends in /jobs/ and the job's name.
- 2Use that address in a news post, social media or a "We're hiring" banner. If the role closes, the link shows "This job is no longer open" with the way back to the list.
Deep link to a single role

</a>If something goes wrong
Who gets the new application emails?
The addresses under Settings → Agency → Email notifications → Job applications, or your shift inbox if that's empty. Set Replies go to there for where applicants' replies land.
"We couldn't find this careers page"
The agency code in the link is wrong. Copy it again from Settings → Agency (top right) in iShapps; it's not case-sensitive.
The page says there are no open roles
Only published job postings that haven't closed are shown. Check Recruitment → Job Postings.
There's no Back button in the header
Add your website under Settings → Agency → Legal identity → Website, including https://.
The header is green, not our colour
Green is the default. Set your Brand Colour under Settings → Agency; the careers page picks it up straight away.
